What you can expect to gain from parent coaching:
Each client is unique with their own parenting challenges and issues. Together we’ll work remotely or in person to co-construct and design a workable action plan in alignment with your core values.
You will receive guidance and support in many areas such as:
Deeper understanding of your child’s behaviors and what they are telling us
A connection with your child that brings in joy in ways you never expected
A calmness in you that you didn’t know was possible
Becoming a strong and loving parental leader rather than a parental boss
How to put in meaningful limits and boundaries and create structure and routine
Greater ease at home
Self care that transforms you in your parenting from the inside out; from being overly reactive to being calm and responsive

“I left each week with confidence and practical strategies to address the emotional and social wellbeing of my children- as individuals, as siblings, and as citizens of the world. The lessons I’ve learned will stay with me and I am so grateful for the time Debbie and I had together.”
— Rebecca
“The strength based and collaborative model that Debbie uses helped me to find my voice and choose a path forward with confidence for my family. We have regained a greater sense of unity, balance and harmony which all four of us derive great joy from - especially the grown-ups!”
— Abigail
“Debbie helped me to think about things I didn’t even realize were happening, and she gave me lots of ideas for turning the day-to-day challenges into opportunities. Working with Debbie is not just sitting there listening to her give you parenting advice - she leads you through a process of exploration, thinking about what tools and techniques are effective to meet your goals.”
— Rob
